A small, curated taster library of embodied practices.
This is a free, introductory collection of somatic practices, drawn from previous live sessions. It isn’t a course — there’s no start or finish, no structure to follow, and nothing to complete. It’s a place to arrive, pause, and meet yourself wherever you are. Inside, you’ll find a handful of guided practices designed to help you: slow down and settle into your body sense and inhabit your nervous system reconnect with presence, curiosity, and embodied knowing build safety through stillness, gentle movement, and self-attunement Each practice was recorded from past live embodied sessions with women just like you. There’s no expertise required and no “right” way to do this — only an invitation to listen and respond to your body as it is.
Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Giordan. A guide for the woman who is ready to come home to herself. Through yoga, somatics, and soul work—I help women remember who they are beneath the conditioning, the shame, the endless striving. This work is deeply personal to me. My journey has been one of unraveling, softening, and slowly returning to the truth of my body. I’ve lived through grief, trauma, disconnection—and for years, I wore the mask of “I’m fine.” It wasn’t until I began listening to the quiet wisdom of my body that I started to truly heal. Now, I share this work with women all over the world. The Somatic Archives is my invitation for you to step into that coming-home practice — at your own pace, in your own space, and with someone who’s been there herself.
Come home to yourself.
It is time.
